Deskripsi pekerjaan Master of Ceremony (MC) Aksoro

Job Description

  • Host and moderate Aksoro's online events in a professional and engaging manner.
  • Guide event agendas, introduce speakers, and facilitate audience interactions.
  • Ensure smooth event flow by coordinating with speakers and the organizing team.
  • Maintain participant engagement throughout the event through effective communication and audience management.
  • Handle unexpected situations during live sessions with confidence and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Active university student, final-year student, or fresh graduate from any major.
  • Strong communication and public speaking skills.
  • Confident, energetic, and comfortable speaking in front of an online audience.
  • Able to communicate clearly in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Responsible, punctual, and able to work collaboratively with the event team.
  • Previous experience as an MC, moderator, host, or public speaker is preferred but not mandatory.
