Deskripsi pekerjaan Marketplace Specialist Patris Official

Kami sedang mencari seorang E-Commerce & Marketplace Specialist yang sangat operasional, detail-oriented, dan memiliki pemahaman mendalam tentang ekosistem digital. Pada posisi ini, Anda akan bertanggung jawab penuh dalam mengelola dan mengoptimalkan performa toko online PATRIS di berbagai marketplace utama (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop).


Tanggung Jawab :

  • Mengelola operasional toko, upload produk, dan integrasi di Shopee (Utama/Reseller), Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Lazada, dan Zalora.
  • Aktif membina hubungan dengan Relationship Manager (RM) marketplace untuk mengamankancampaign dan subsidi produk.
  • Membaca dan menganalisis proposal/deck campaign dari marketplace untuk dieksekusi pada toko.
  • Mengatur seluruh fitur promosi seperti Voucher Toko, Voucher Live, Voucher Membership, dan diskon produk.
  • Menangani pengaturan harga dan promo khusus untuk event Double Date dan Payday.
  • Memastikan akurasi pengaturan harga coret di marketplace setiap ada penerimaan produk baru dari supplier.
  • Mengoptimalkan kata kunci (keyword) dan metadata produk untuk menaikkan peringkat pencarian organik.
  • Memperbarui tampilan visual dan dekorasi toko di semua platform mengikuti tema campaign berjalan.
  • Memantau performa campaign secara langsung dan menjaga akurasi stok bersama tim gudang (WMS).
  • Menyusun laporan mingguan dan bulanan terkait analisis GMV, performa per SKU, serta hasil efektivitas campaign.

Kualifikasi :

  • Minimal 2–4 tahun mengelola toko marketplace di Indonesia, diutamakan dari industri brand fashion atau FMCG.
  • Paham mendalam tentang algoritma dan fitur promosi di Shopee (Utama/Reseller), Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Lazada, dan Zalora.
  • Mahir Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets untuk analisis data, tracking GMV, evaluasi performa SKU, dan perhitungan ROI campaign
  • Berpengalaman membangun relasi dan koordinasi langsung dengan Relationship Manager (RM) marketplace untuk mengamankan campaign & subsidi.
  • Kuat dalam riset keyword, estetika visual, dan penulisan deskripsi produk untuk menaikkan peringkat pencarian organik.
  • Teliti dan akurat dalam mengelola ratusan SKU secara bersamaan, termasuk eksekusi strategi harga coret.
  • Mampu bekerja dengan ritme cepat, disiplin mengejar deadline pendaftaran campaign, dan responsif mengatasi kendala operasional toko
  • Memiliki pengalaman dasar dalam mengelola iklan berbayar di dalam platform (seperti Shopee Ads, Tokopedia Marketing Solutions, atau TikTok Shop Ads)
