MARKETPLACE SPECIALIST

Bandung | On-Site | Full-Time

What You'll do:

• Manage overall Q-No marketplace accounts
• Reconcile product stock and availability in different marketplace accounts
• Manage marketplace display, campaign, and promotion, as well as responding to customer inquiries
• Manage daily price changes for each fine gold & jewelry products
• Working closely with the in-store team for product stock monitoring, packing & delivery

Requirements:

• Experience in managing marketplace accounts for a brand
• Previously studied Marketing, Communication or other related field
• Skill / Experience in utilizing Omni-Channel Platform (Jubelio/Desty Mekari/ etc.)
• Understanding on each marketplace characteristics, rules, regulations & mechanism
• Collaborative, reliable, responsible and able to deliver daily tasks
