We are looking for a highly driven Marketplace Specialist to help scale our marketplace growth through strong operational management, campaign execution, data analysis, and sales optimization.
Job Description
As a Marketplace Specialist, you will be responsible for managing daily marketplace operations and ensuring sales performance across all channels. You will work closely with internal teams to optimize product performance, improve conversion, and drive sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
1. Marketplace Operations
Manage daily operations across Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, and website
Upload products and maintain accurate product listings
Update product pricing, stock availability, and promotional campaigns
Ensure store performance remains healthy (chat response, SLA, ratings, penalties)
2. Product Listing Optimization
Optimize product listings including title, description, SEO keywords, and product attributes
Coordinate with design team to improve thumbnails, banners, and product visuals
Ensure product detail pages are complete, attractive, and conversion-focused
3. Campaign & Promotion Management
Plan and execute marketplace campaigns such as:
Flash Sale
Payday Campaign
Double Date Campaign
Voucher Campaign
Free Shipping Program
Affiliate Campaign
Coordinate campaign execution with internal teams and platform PIC
Develop promotion strategies to improve traffic and conversion
4. Ads & Growth Optimization
Manage and optimize marketplace advertisements:
Shopee Ads
TikTok Ads / GMV Max
Tokopedia Ads
Analyze campaign performance and optimize budget allocation
Improve overall sales performance through growth initiatives
5. Data Monitoring & Reporting
Monitor key performance metrics:
Revenue / Sales
Traffic
CTR
Conversion Rate
ROAS
ACOS
GMV
Analyze sales performance and campaign effectiveness
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
Provide insights and actionable recommendations based on data
6. Live Commerce & Affiliate Support
Support live commerce operations for TikTok and Shopee
Prepare products, promotions, scripts, and vouchers for live sessions
Support affiliate program growth and campaign performance
7. Market Research & Competitor Analysis
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Monitor marketplace trends, pricing, and consumer behavior
Identify opportunities for product improvement and business growth
Qualifications
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in marketplace or e-commerce operations
Fresh graduates with relevant internship or marketplace experience are welcome to apply
Strong understanding of:
Shopee Seller Center
TikTok Shop Seller Center
Tokopedia Seller Center
Familiar with marketplace ads and digital marketing basics
Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized
Fast learner and adaptable in dynamic environments
Able to work independently and take initiative
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing affiliate campaigns
Good English communication skills
