Qualifications
- Minimum D3 in any major, business/marketing/management preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in marketplace admin or marketplace operations.
- Skilled in operating Seller Center (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Lazada, Blibli, etc.).
- Understand product listing, campaign, voucher, and flash sale processes.
- Basic understanding of inventory management and stock sync.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with ERP/OMS (e.g. Jubelio) is a plus.
- High initiative, attention to detail, and a continuous improvement mindset.
Responsibilities
- Manage and update product listings across all marketplace platforms.
- Set up and run marketplace campaigns, vouchers, flash sales, and bundles.
- Monitor store and product ratings, and respond to customer reviews.
- Coordinate with Warehouse on product-related complaints.
- Liaise with couriers/expedition for pickup and shipment handover.
- Prepare daily sales, campaign, SKU performance, and stock reports.
