Marketplace / E-Commerce Specialist - Kapit Mas Trading | Bali, Indonesia (On-site)
About the Role
Kapit Mas Trading (KMT) is looking for a Marketplace / E-Commerce Specialist to manage and optimize our marketplace operations across Tokopedia, Shopee, and TikTok Shop.
This role is responsible for managing product information and SKU setup, creating product content, optimizing marketplace listings, monitoring commercial performance, and coordinating order fulfillment. You will work closely with the Business Operations Lead and internal teams to ensure accurate product information, strong marketplace visibility, and efficient day-to-day e-commerce operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Product Knowledge (PK) documentation for each product, including technical information, use cases, and product differentiation.
- Create and manage product SKUs in Odoo KMT according to established coding standards.
- Develop product content, including descriptions, technical specifications, use cases, and product photography briefs.
- Optimize product listings and SEO across Tokopedia, Shopee, and TikTok Shop.
- Monitor marketplace performance, including GMV, conversion rate, ranking, and visibility, and prepare monthly reports.
- Manage marketplace orders and coordinate fulfillment with the Stock / Warehouse Officer.
- Manage customer reviews and responses across marketplace platforms.
- Enter marketplace orders into the Odoo KMT Sales Module when connector integration is not yet active.
Qualifications
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Marketing, Communication, Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing active seller accounts on Tokopedia, Shopee, or TikTok Shop, with evidence of GMV performance.
- Strong hands-on experience in seller account operations, including listings, promotions, Q&A, and customer reviews.
- Able to create persuasive product content and optimize marketplace SEO through keywords, titles, and descriptions.
- Able to analyze basic marketplace performance metrics, including GMV, conversion rate, and impressions.
- Proficient in basic Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and able to coordinate order fulfillment.
- Must have a portfolio of marketplace accounts or product listings previously managed.
- Creative in content writing and product presentation, detail-oriented, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong written communication and ability to collaborate with Sales, Warehouse, and Business Operations teams.
- Curious about digital trends and marketplace developments.
- Experience with Odoo or other e-commerce ERP platforms, basic graphic design (Canva/Adobe), jewelry or precious metal products, TikTok Live/short-form video, and Product Knowledge documentation is preferred.
- Experience in jewelry, fashion, or B2B industries with a measurable GMV growth track record is an advantage.
