Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the business development team to create and implement effective lead-generation strategies.
Maintain accurate records of prospecting activities using our CRM system.
Provide feedback and insights from potential clients to enhance our service offerings.
Contacting potential and existing customers on a regular basis via phone/chat
Handling customer inquiries & questions
Managing the sales process through specific software programs
Helping in creating accounts and making transactions for users
Mastering the knowledge of products/services offered to ensure proper & relevant information is given to potential users
Achieving minimum target for each service line on multiple services offered
Qualifications:
Completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Have at least 1 years of experience in sales
Knowledge about Forex Trading is highly requested
Highly motivated, fast learner with a strong sense of GRIT.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
Creative thinking in sourcing strategies and ability to think outside the box.
Familiarity in handling clients and business inquiries in Financial services is a plus.
