REQUIREMENT :

- Minimum education : Diploma 3 (D3) / Bachelor's degree (S1) in any major (preferably Management, Marketing, Communication, or related fields).

- Minimum 1–2 years of work experience in Marketing / Sales / Business Development.

- Strong understanding of marketing strategies (online & offline), market research, and consumer behavior.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for report and presentation preparation.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Target-oriented, analytical, creative, and problem-solving.

- Able to work independently and in a team.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Develop strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company goals.

- Build and maintanance relationship with potential clients.

- Identify new business opportunities.

- Collaborate with operational team to ensure product suitability and availability.

PT. Supracor Sejahtera a Corrugated Carton Box manufacturer, established in the year of 2000 with at first occupying 1.2 hectares of land area in Ngoro – Mojokerto. With different kinds of variation and models, the production of carton box are being use to support the packaging needed by the companies that requires to fulfill their needs in packing their products.

Being facilitated with newer machines, from before using Corrugator with width of 1.8 meters to a newer 2.5 meters width, we commit ourselves to produce a higher and placing commitment futher to a higher standart. Beside that, our production which has been supported with the necessary machines such as Flexo Printing, Rotary Die Cutter, Flat Bad Die Cutter and others supporting equipments. We push our production to a higher level of producing boxes which can be relied on. Our team of professional and disciplined will always making sure to guarantee the boxes that we produced.
