What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a relentless, high-caliber Marketing & Growth Specialist to act as our primary demand multiplier. In this role, you will be the "Engine," responsible for lead generation, brand positioning, crafting compelling tech narratives, and capturing the attention of potential clients, partners, and target audiences across various segments.

You must be highly autonomous, comfortable with ambiguity, and capable of designing high-converting multi-channel marketing strategies without requiring hyper-detailed blueprints or micromanagement.

Core Responsibilities

• Demand Generation (The Engine): Aggressively design, execute, and optimize data-driven marketing campaigns to consistently funnel high-quality leads and users to the growth team.
• Product Marketing & Copywriting: Translate XETUP’s complex architectures, systems, and digital products into powerful, user-centric marketing assets, case studies, creative copy, and presentations.
• Digital Presence & Channel Management: Own and scale our digital visibility across key professional and consumer channels, social media platforms, SEO, high-impact email marketing, and tech-ecosystem networks.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner closely with internal technical leadership and product teams to ensure our public marketing narratives perfectly align with our actual engineering capabilities and product frameworks.
• Growth Analytics: Track, measure, and analyze marketing funnel metrics (ROI, conversion rates, and acquisition costs) to continuously iterate, pivot, and scale our marketing velocity.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years of solid experience in Tech Marketing, Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Product Marketing within the SaaS, IT consulting, or software development industry.
• Tech Literacy: Strong foundational grasp of modern technology landscapes (AI/LLM integrations, Enterprise Architecture, Data Management, and Cloud Transformations). You do not need to write code, but you must translate complex tech capabilities into high-converting marketing copy effortlessly.
• Autonomy & Velocity: A self-starter mindset with a proven ability to build and run your own marketing experiments. We do not provide spoon-fed guides; you must have a high tolerance for ambiguity and execute campaigns at maximum speed.
• Storytelling & Simplification Master: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to demystify heavy, intimidating technical jargon into down-to-earth, user-centric vocabulary that drives market buy-in.
• Global Ready: Professional fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory to comfortably craft copy and run campaigns targeting international markets and global audiences.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
