About the Role

RICE AI Consultant is looking for a proactive Marketing Manager based in Surabaya to work directly alongside our Founders. In this role, you won't just be executing marketing tasks you’ll be helping build strategies from the ground up, managing high-value client relationships globally, and learning the ins and outs of AI consultancy.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Marketing: Develop and execute creative marketing strategies to enhance company visibility and drive business growth.
- Founder Brainstorming: Collaborate closely with Founders to brainstorm new marketing campaigns, growth experiments, and brand initiatives.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain positive, long-term relationships with active and prospective clients to ensure high client satisfaction.
- Meeting Support & Documentation: Join client and strategic meetings alongside one of the Founders, manage key discussions, and maintain clear meeting notes/action items.
- Global Lead Generation: Proactively research, identify, and outreach to new potential clients and business opportunities worldwide.
- Weekly Reporting: Prepare and present weekly progress reports covering active marketing initiatives and client updates.
Qualifications
- Education: Fresh Grad Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field (Fresh Graduates are strongly encouraged to apply), SMK in IT or Marketing.
- Location: Must be physically based in Surabaya or surrounding areas for hybrid collaboration.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interacting directly with C-level clients and internal founders.
- Mindset: High willingness to learn, adapt quickly to new tech/AI industry trends, and take ownership of projects.
- Organization: Detail-oriented with solid note-taking and task-tracking abilities.
