Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Events: Develop and execute marketing campaigns, promotional programs, and in-store events to drive foot traffic, sales, and customer loyalty.
2. Retail Marketing & Team Supervision: Oversee marketing execution across outlets, supervise store staff, and ensure brand consistency and effective customer engagement.
3. Campaign Strategy & Copywriting: Lead campaign concepts, marketing calendars, content ideation, video scripts, and persuasive copywriting.
4. Promotional Design: Create promotional assets, banners, posters, and social media visuals using Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
5. Influencer Marketing & Paid Ads: Manage KOL and micro-influencer campaigns, from negotiation to ROI evaluation, and optimize Meta Ads for the PlayStation rental business.
6. Social Media & Content Quality Control: Oversee content quality, approve video edits, manage posting schedules, and analyze social media insights and market trends.
