Job Descriptions
- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and product opportunities.
- Assist in developing new product concepts based on consumer insights and research findings.
- Manage the creation, distribution, and effectiveness of POSM (Point of Sales Materials) across sales channels.
- Analyze sales data, consumer feedback, and market share reports to monitor product performance.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop promotional strategies and product positioning.
- Prepare product presentations, reports, and proposals for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the execution of sampling programs, trade marketing initiatives, and promotional campaigns.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product development and launch processes.
- Continuously update knowledge of FMCG market trends, innovations, and competitor activities.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Management, Communication, or related fields (Fresh graduates are welcome).
2. Strong interest and knowledge in FMCG, especially Food & Beverage industry. Good analytical skills and attention to detail, especially in handling data & market research.
3. Strong communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal).
4. Creative and curious mindset, eager to learn about consumer behavior and product trends.
5. Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, R&D, Creative, etc.).
