Job Description :
1. Develop, maintain, and update the company Brand Guidelines covering logo, colour palette, typography, tone of voice, and visual style.
2. Create branded design templates for presentations, proposals, media kits, official letters, and promotional materials.
3. Create and manage company social media content (Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms) in accordance with the approved content calendar.
4. Monitor content performance (engagement, reach, impressions, follower growth) and compile periodic analytics reports.
5. Assist in preparing and distributing branded promotional materials (brochures, proposals, media kits, offer letters) in accordance with Brand Guidelines
6. Assist in preparing supporting sales materials (sales kits) for client-facing teams
7. Prepare monthly marketing and branding reports to the Director.
