About the role
We are seeking a Marketing Support professional to join our team at PT. Anugrah Antariksa Sejati in Bekasi, Jawa Barat. This is a contract position designed to provide essential support to our marketing communications initiatives. As Marketing Support, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of our marketing campaigns and communications strategies. This position offers the opportunity to contribute directly to the success of our marketing operations whilst gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced marketing environment.
What you'll be doing
1. Assisting with the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels
2. Coordinating marketing materials, including design briefs, content creation and distribution
3. Supporting the organisation and execution of marketing events and promotional activities
4. Maintaining marketing databases and tracking campaign performance metrics
5. Assisting with social media content scheduling and engagement monitoring
6. Preparing marketing reports and documentation as required
7. Liaising with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives
8. Supporting administrative tasks related to marketing operations and project management
9. Contributing to brainstorming sessions and providing creative input for marketing strategies
What we're looking for
1. Proven experience in a marketing support or similar administrative marketing role
2. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian
4. Familiarity with marketing tools and software, including content management systems and social media platforms
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
6. Basic understanding of marketing principles, campaign execution and communications strategy
7. Attention to detail and accuracy in all work outputs
8. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
9. Flexibility and willingness to learn and adapt to changing marketing needs
10. Preferred: Experience with marketing analytics, graphic design tools or market research methodologies
