🧩 About the Role
We’re a growing interior decor brand based in Sunter, Jakarta Utara, and we’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team. You’ll support daily marketing activities across eCommerce, social media, customer service, and admin tasks. This role is perfect for someone early in their career who’s eager to learn and grow in a creative, hands-on environment.

💼 Responsibilities
• Assist with eCommerce operations (product uploads, listings, stock updates, coordination with logistics)
• Support social media content planning, creation, and scheduling (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Handle customer inquiries across platforms (social media, marketplaces, email, chat)
• Coordinate simple marketing campaigns and help track their performance
• Assist with preparing reports, documents, and general admin work
• Help manage and organize digital content and assets

🎯 Requirements
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (written & spoken)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Familiar with social media platforms and basic design tools (e.g. Canva, Instagram, TikTok)
• Comfortable using eCommerce platforms (e.g. Shopee, Tokopedia)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new things
