Requirements:
- Have experience in Importer/Forwarder/Logistic
- At least possess Diploma Degree
- Minimum has 3 years of working experience in the similar field
- Know import policies, custom clearance, and import regulations and documentations
- Know about import and custom regulation in Indonesia
- Good communication skill in English both verbal and written (Good communication skills in Japanese/Mandarin is an advantage)
- Negotiation skills to deal with the demand for overseas and local clients (if required)
- Able to manage deadlines and sometimes difficult situations regarding the import, tracking, and customs clearance
- Responsible, hardworking, reliable
- Detail, emphatic, and capable on working under pressure
Job Description:
- In charge to prepare and monitoring documentation of import shipments such as invoice, packing list, bill of lading (by sea), airway bill (by air), certificate of origin, and L/C
- Responsible for monitoring shipment or tracking services
- Responsible for arranging and completing all associated paperwork that documents the nature of the goods being imported from abroad
- Responsible for handling tracking and renewal process of the documents
- Deal with customer officers, forwarders, and such related parties
