What You’ll Do
As a Growth Marketing, Community & AI Intern, you’ll work directly with the NS Team to support content creation, community growth, campaign execution, and AI-powered marketing initiatives.
You’ll gain hands-on exposure to how modern communities, digital brands, and growth engines are built.
Your Responsibilities
• Assist in planning content for Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, YouTube Shorts, and other digital platforms.
• Create captions, content ideas, campaign concepts, and community announcements.
• Help manage and activate Telegram groups and community channels.
• Monitor social media trends, viral content, and audience behavior.
• Support marketing campaigns and community activation initiatives.
• Assist in research, reporting, and growth experiments.
• Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Canva AI, CapCut AI, Notion AI, and other emerging technologies.
• Support the team in building AI-assisted workflows for content, marketing, and community engagement.
What We’re Looking For
• Currently studying or recently graduated from any major.
• Active on social media and familiar with internet culture.
• Strong interest in content, marketing, community building, startups, AI, and digital growth.
• Comfortable learning new tools quickly.
• Good communication and writing skills.
• Familiar with Telegram, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or online communities.
• Curious, proactive, organized, and willing to learn.
Bonus Points If You…
• Run your own content account.
• Manage a community, Telegram group, Discord server, or social media page.
• Have experience using ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Canva AI, CapCut AI, Midjourney, or other AI tools.
• Love experimenting with content and trying new ideas.
