Job Descriptions:
- Support Marketing Team projects
- Participate in brainstorming of ideas.
- Support the administration of Marketing Team and other Marcomm activities
- Answer phones, distribute mail, welcome visitors, file documents
- Schedule meetings.
- Research to identify potential prospects
- Coordinate with internal teams.
- Preparation of weekly data.
Requirements :
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Associates/Bachelor’s degree preferred, concentration in marketing or communications a plus
- Previous administrative experience; 1-3 years preferred
- A very positive attitude and ability to work with all levels within the company structure
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to perform routine duties as requested
- Strong time management skills with the ability to follow up on projects and meet project deadlines
- Above average computer skills in programs such as MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential
