Responsibilities
- Assist in aligning sales and marketing goals and executing strategies to increase revenue.
- Prepare and update sales tools, presentations, and marketing content.
- Help plan, launch, and track marketing campaigns and promotions.Manage projects such as seminars and exhibitions—from planning to execution and follow-up.
- Review sales/marketing data and conduct market research to support decision-making.
- Handle product exhibitions.
Qualifications:
- Have a bachelor's degree (Marketing, Management, Communication, or any relevant major).
- Have at least 3 years of work experience in the same field.
- Can operate Microsoft Office and editing tools (e.g. Canva & CapCut).
- Willing to learn and have a conscientious attitude towards work.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Have good leadership skills and be able to handle team projects.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and marketing data.
- Familiar with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g. Meta Ads, Google Ads, social media analytics).
- Proven experience in handling events, seminars, or exhibitions is a plus.
- Good coordination skills with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, operations).
- Willing to travel for business needs such as events or exhibitions.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to execute strategies effectively.
