📈 Marketing Supervisor
Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Marketing or B2B Sales (Experience in Toll Manufacturing/Maklon/Cosmetics is highly preferred)
Strong leadership, negotiation, and B2B presentation skills
Able to design relevant digital marketing strategies for corporate/business markets
Good teamwork and communication skills
Strong commitment, discipline, and willingness to learn
Job Description:
Develop and implement comprehensive B2B marketing strategies for traditional medicine and cosmetic toll manufacturing services
Lead the marketing team in acquiring new B2B clients and building private label portfolios
Collaborate with the R&D team to translate product USP into effective marketing materials
Oversee promotional campaigns, digital marketing, and industry exhibitions
Maintain excellent Customer Relationship Management (CRM) during the client negotiation and production process
📍 Placement: Gedung Nanoplex, Tangerang Selatan
