Marketing Supervisor is responsible for coordinating, supervising, and optimizing all marketing activities to ensure alignment with Dricha’s brand strategy. This role acts as a key liaison between the marketing operations team, sales, and management, with a strong focus on strategy execution, target achievement, and consistent brand communication across multiple channels.

- Support the development and execution of marketing strategies in alignment with business objectives and brand direction.
- Translate marketing strategies into actionable plans and supervise execution across all marketing channels.
- Supervise and coordinate the marketing team, including task allocation, performance monitoring, and daily execution control.
- Ensure brand communication and positioning are implemented consistently across all online and offline touchpoints.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, market trends, and consumer insights to support continuous improvement.
- Coordinate integrated marketing activities in collaboration with sales, e-commerce, product, and operations teams.
- Prepare marketing performance reports and provide insights and recommendations to management.
- Ensure marketing activities are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with agreed KPIs.
[QUALIFICATION]
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Communications, Management, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing, with a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or coordinative role, preferably with beauty/skincare industry background.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, campaign planning, and brand activation.
- Accustomed to working with targets and a data-driven approach.
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a structured manner with strong initiative.
- Experience in the beauty or skincare industry is a plus.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
- Non-smoker.
