Requirements
- Male, maximum age 35 years old
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or other relevant fields
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Marketing Supervisor, preferably in the cosmetics industry
- Possess excellent communication skills and strong teamwork abilities
- Creative and innovative
Responbilities
- Increase the number of active doctors purchasing the product
- Drive repeat orders from existing doctors and clinics
- Build brand credibility as a dermocosmetic/scientific skincare company
- Generate new product insights based on doctors' needs and feedback
- Manage marketing events including booths, seminars, zoominars, and RTD activities
- Support the sales team with marketing materials, data, sales scripts, and promotional programs
- Ensure all promotional claims comply with regulatory requirements
