Responsibilities :
1. Develop and execute marketing strategies to strengthen brand awareness and market positioning.
2. Lead digital marketing initiatives across various online platforms to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
3. Drive the expansion of the company's products into Modern Trade and other strategic sales channels.
4. Collaborate with Sales, E-Commerce, and Operations to ensure successful product launches and marketing campaigns.
5. Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
6. Manage marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and brand communication.
7. Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications :
1. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management, or Trade Marketing.
2. Experience handling FMCG products and working with Modern Trade channels is highly preferred.
3. Strong understanding of Digital Marketing, Brand Development, and Consumer Insights.
4. Experience collaborating with Sales and E-Commerce teams.
Creative, analytical, and able to execute marketing strategies effectively.
5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
