WE’RE HIRING : MARKETING SUPERVISOR OR JUNIOR MANAGER FOR TCG & CCG
Agata Toys is looking for a passionate and driven professional to join our team and help grow our business of Trading Card Game (TCG) and Collectible Card Game (CCG) products from a world-famous brand.
Requirements:
- Have at least 1–3 years of experience in Marketing, preferably in toys, hobby, or community-based collectibles
- Strong understanding of TCG/CCG products, card trends, and its communities
- Experience in handling both online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills using data and spreadsheets.
- Speaking ability required, either in public or podcast
- Must be fluent in English, spoken and written.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for TCG & CCG products
- Manage promotional campaigns (digital, retail, events, and community engagement)
- Collaborate with hobby communities, partners, and event organizers
- Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance
- Drive brand awareness and sales growth
