Job description for Marketing Strategy & Design Manager at Dateideas
Responsibilities:
1) Responsible for managing team of 2-3 full-time Marketing interns
2) Spearhead dateideas' push towards becoming a cult-like brand among young couples in Singapore within the next 8 months
3) Design high quality collaterals and content (image, video, etc.) that are memorable and delightful for our couples community in the region
4) Provide strategic direction for all brand-building and marketing initiatives
5) Manage and grow our couples community aggressively - Telegram, Instagram, Tiktok, Email, Mobile App
6) Set challenging monthly targets for the team and consistently nail them
7) Understand key business metrics and basic levers on how to impact them (MAU, DAU, CAC, LTV, number of transactions, average profits per transaction, etc.)
