Kyō Coffee is looking for Marketing Staff!
Job Overview:
We’re looking for a creative and driven Marketing Staff member to help promote our coffee shop, attract new customers, and build lasting relationships with our community. As part of our team, you’ll support marketing initiatives, manage online presence, and contribute to making our coffee shop a go-to spot for coffee lovers. If you’re passionate about coffee and marketing, we’d love to have you!
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in marketing, social media management, or content creation (food & beverage or hospitality experience a plus).
- Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and marketing tools (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Canva, Google Analytics).
- Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative marketing ideas.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design and photography is a plus.
- Personality: Passion for coffee and the food & beverage industry.
- Energetic, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Education: A degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred, but not required if experience and skills align.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work some weekends or evenings for special events or campaigns.
