Deskripsi pekerjaan Marketing Staff Dentia Dental Care Center
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Campaigns: Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns to promote clinic services and wellness programs.
Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to engage with the community and promote services.
Digital Marketing: Execute paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc. Monitor performance and optimize for best results.
Content Creation: Write and design marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, blog posts, and email marketing campaigns.
Event Management: Coordinate and assist with the planning of community events, health fairs, and promotional events to increase clinic visibility.
SEO & Website Management: Help manage the clinic’s website content, ensuring it is updated and optimized for search engines.
Data Analysis: Track and analyze marketing performance metrics (e.g., website traffic, lead generation, patient feedback) to improve strategies.
Outreach & Networking: Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, schools, and organizations to promote clinic services.
Patient Communication: Support the creation of patient information materials, including reminders, service updates, and appointment follow-ups.
Market Research: Conduct surveys or studies to understand the needs of the community and suggest service improvements.
Brand Management: Ensure consistent branding in all marketing materials and communications.
Collaboration: Work with the medical team to understand services and specialties to accurately represent them in marketing materials.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience in healthcare marketing is a plus.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of SEO, social media management, and digital advertising.
Creativity in developing engaging content and campaigns.
Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
