PT Agung Muda Berkarya is looking for a passionate, proactive, and target-oriented professional to join our team as a B2B Marketing Staff. This position focuses on business development, customer acquisition, canvassing, B2B sales, relationship management, and creating long-term partnerships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct canvassing activities and direct visits to potential customers, including hotels, laundries, industrial companies, restaurants, hospitals, cleaning service providers, and other commercial sectors.
Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other B2B channels.
Present and promote the company's products and services to prospective clients in a professional manner.
Prepare and send quotations, company profiles, and business proposals via email and during client meetings.
Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Negotiate pricing, terms of cooperation, and business agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
Understand customer needs and provide effective solutions to address their business challenges.
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and customers to maximize sales opportunities.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled effectively.
Prepare and maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer visits, leads, and business opportunities.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities to support company growth.
Qualifications
Minimum education: Diploma (D3) in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Communication, or related fields.
Proven experience in B2B Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Account Management, or a related role is preferred.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Confident in conducting canvassing activities and face-to-face meetings with customers.
Excellent relationship-building and customer management abilities.
Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and business email communication.
Strong organizational and reporting skills.
Possession of a valid driving license (SIM A or SIM C) is an advantage.
Based in Batam or willing to work in Batam.
