Brand Partnership Executive
Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and creative Brand Partnership Executive to build meaningful collaborations with schools, communities, and brands that align with our educational values and target market. This role focuses on expanding brand awareness, creating partnership opportunities, and developing collaborative activities that can bring value to students, parents, and partners while supporting student acquisition and community engagement.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain partnerships with schools, educational communities, and external brands.
- Identify potential collaboration opportunities with brands that align with children, teenagers, and family audiences.
- Initiate and manage collaboration programs such as:
cooking classes, coloring competitions, literacy events, student workshops, mini events, educational campaigns, parenting/community activities.
- Coordinate partnership proposals, meetings, and follow-ups with external partners.
- Develop cross-promotion and lead exchange opportunities with relevant partners.
- Collaborate with internal academic and marketing teams to execute partnership activities.
- Support brand awareness initiatives through online and offline collaborations.
- Maintain good relationships with partners for long-term collaboration opportunities.
- Prepare partnership reports, collaboration recaps, and performance evaluations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, Public Relations, or related fields.
Experienced in partnership, business development, marketing, PR, or event collaboration is preferred.
- Strong communication and networking skills.
- Confident in meeting and approaching external partners.
- Creative, initiative-driven, and target-oriented.
- Passionate about education, children development, and community engagement.
- Able to manage multiple projects and collaborations simultaneously.
- Familiar with social media and branding trends is a plus.
Preferred Background
Candidates with experience in:
1. Education industry,
2. Event partnership,
3. Community activation,
4. Kids/family brands, F&B collaboration, lifestyle or retail partnerships will be highly preferred.
