Location: Surabaya or Malang

Company: PT STORYG JAYA INDONESI - PT DMC INDONESIA FOOD

We are looking for a dedicated Marketing Specialist to join our team. If you have experience in digital marketing, service strategy, and strong English communication skills, we’d love to hear from you!

Qualifications:

  • Minimum education of D3 in Marketing or a related field
  • Maximum age of 35 years
  • Willing to be placed in Malang or Surabaya
  • Strong command of the English language (both written and spoken)

Job Responsibilities:

A. Problem Definition and Strategy Planning

  • Conduct thorough analysis of consumer pain points and market trends to identify business opportunities.
  • Define core problems and develop suitable strategies to address them effectively.
  • Clearly articulate and enhance the value proposition of the subscription-based vegetable delivery service.

B. Meta Advertising and Digital Marketing Execution

  • Leverage experience in Meta advertising (Facebook, Instagram) campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.
  • Develop targeted strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Execute performance-driven marketing strategies including advertising effectiveness analysis, targeting, and remarketing.
  • Develop and implement strategies for managing online channels such as social media platforms (SNS).

C. Service Planning and Operation

  • Plan, improve, and expand the subscription service model based on customer needs and market dynamics.
  • Develop creative online and offline promotional campaigns linked to smart farms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, such as farm teams and local collaborators, to execute projects effectively.

D. Performance Measurement and Analysis

  • Establish KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and develop actionable plans to achieve them.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance, service operations, and overall business impact.
  • Provide insights, reports, and recommendations based on performance data to optimize strategies.
