ABOUT THE ROLE
Owns SEASEE's marketing strategy and brand direction — setting the plan, building partnerships, and making sure every campaign and activation moves the brand forward. Works closely with the Social Media Specialist to brief and align on execution.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop brand strategy and monthly marketing plan aligned with campaign objectives and business goals
- Create content briefs and campaign direction for the Social Media Specialist to execute
- Identify and lead brand collaborations, partnerships, and awareness campaigns
- Plan and oversee offline events — pop-ups, activations, and brand experience moments
- Coordinate product photo/video asset needs and contribute input on product packaging
- Monitor overall brand performance and adjust strategy based on data and market trends
- Manage timelines and ensure cross-team deliverables are on track
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3–4+ years in marketing — lifestyle, beauty, personal care, or FMCG
- Proven experience in brand strategy, campaign planning, and partnership development
- Strong analytical and research skills — able to read market trends and translate them into action
- Experience managing offline events or brand activations
- Good written communication in Bahasa Indonesia & English
- Organized, strategic thinker with an ownership mindset
- Bonus: familiarity with K-beauty landscape or experience in multi-brand environments
