About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to support and execute marketing campaigns, KOL collaborations, and affiliate marketing initiatives.
This role will work closely with the brand team to bring marketing strategies to life, build strong external partnerships, and ensure all campaigns are aligned with the brand's goals and positioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns and brand activations
- Manage KOL collaborations, affiliate partnerships, and external partners, including vendors and communities.
- Collaborate closely with the brand team and provide input on campaign direction and approach
- Ensure all activations align with overall campaign goals and brand positioning
- Execute online and offline activations (events, pop-ups, collaborations, etc.)
- Coordinate with internal teams (brand, creative, operations, sales) for smooth execution
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for future improvements
- Manage timelines, execution details, and overall campaign delivery
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, campaign management, KOL/influencer marketing, or affiliate marketing.
- Good understanding of marketing campaigns, influencer collaborations, affiliate programs, and consumer engagement.
- Experience in executing campaigns or activations (online & offline)
- Good sense of brand and ability to collaborate with creative/brand teams
- Strong coordination and project management skills
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in fashion/lifestyle industry is a plus
