Job Description
- Develop and Execute Influencer Marketing Strategy: Lead and identify the development and implementation of comprehensive influencer marketing strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives.
- Campaign Planning and Execution: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of influencer marketing campaigns across multiple channels and platforms.
- Performance Tracking and Analysis: Define and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of influencer marketing initiatives.
- Industry Trends and Innovation: Identify opportunities for innovation to enhance the effectiveness of influencer campaigns through industry trends and emerging platforms.
Requirements:
- Proven minimum of 1 year working experience in Brand Marketing, KOL Specialist, Influencer Marketing or similar roles.
- Passionate in beauty industry.
- Have a good understanding of TikTok, Instagram, or Affiliates.
- Experience handling beauty brand promotion on social media is an advantage.
- Experience in beauty, personal care, and perfumery industry will be preferred.
- Fluent in English is a MUST.
- Able to do full WFO at Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta.
