Pictant is Indonesia's leading creative photobooth brand — from permanent kiosks and flagship studios to official partnerships with the country's biggest festivals. We're looking for a Marketing Specialist who can take ownership of how Pictant shows up — across campaigns, content, and in-store — and make sure it all feels intentional and on brand.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Plan and execute seasonal campaigns
- Own the marketing calendar — planning campaigns around key moments, seasons, and cultural events that are relevant to Pictant's audience, from concept through to execution.
- Manage the content calendar end to end
- Plan, brief, and direct the creative team to ensure content goes out on time, consistently, and on brand — across all of Pictant's channels.
- Plan and oversee POSM
- Coordinate point-of-sale materials for Pictant's permanent locations and event appearances — from planning to production, making sure everything is ready and on brand.
- Be the brand guardian
- Make sure everything that goes out — online or offline — feels unmistakably Pictant. You have a strong eye for what's on brand and what isn't.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, brand, or content — ideally in lifestyle, F&B, events, retail, or creative industries
- Experience planning and executing campaigns — you know how to take something from idea to live
- Comfortable briefing and directing creatives — you can communicate what you want clearly and give feedback that actually helps
- Strong aesthetic sensibility — you can tell when something looks and feels right for a brand
- Organized and proactive — you manage timelines well and don't need to be chased
- Strong communicator in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, written and verbal
