Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer traffic, and sales.
- Manage all Porotato Fries social media platforms and ensure consistent brand communication.
- Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok and other digital platforms.
- Confidently appear on camera for promotional campaigns, product launches, and social media content.
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns
- Monitor marketing performance, analyze campaign results, and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Develop and execute monthly marketing calendars, promotional campaigns, and seasonal activations.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with shopping malls, banks, e-wallets, delivery platforms, and other brand partners.
- Coordinate marketing collaborations, sponsorships, and cross-promotional campaigns to drive customer acquisition.
- Collaborate closely with Operations, R&D, and Sales teams for new product launches and marketing initiatives.
- Identify new marketing opportunities and propose creative promotional ideas to increase revenue and market share.
- Support franchise and outlet grand openings through marketing planning and promotional execution.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure campaigns achieve targeted ROI.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing, preferably in the F&B
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and social media analytics.
- Creative, proactive, result-oriented, and able to generate innovative marketing ideas.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passionate about food, branding, and consumer trends.
