Requirements:
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Social Media, KOL/Influencer Management, Digital Marketing, or related roles.
Experienced in handling KOL/Influencer campaigns from research, outreach, negotiation, briefing, to reporting.
Up-to-date with social media trends and able to develop creative content ideas.
Good communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
Detail-oriented and organized, especially in content checking and campaign reporting.
Able to manage multiple KOL collaborations and social media activities.
Willing to be placed at Taman Anggrek, West Jakarta.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle KOL/Influencer campaigns end-to-end, including talent research, shortlisting, outreach, negotiation, briefing, contracting, content review, posting monitoring, and campaign reporting.
Develop and maintain a database of KOLs/Influencers based on category, audience, engagement rate, content style, and campaign suitability.
Manage and maintain the company's social media platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok, to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and traffic.
Coordinate with the creative/content team to ensure content is produced and published according to the planned schedule.
Stay updated on the latest social media trends, viral content, KOL trends, competitors, and audience behavior.
Conduct research to identify potential KOLs, content opportunities, and new trends that can support brand awareness and engagement.
Monitor and analyze social media performance, including reach, impressions, views, engagement rate, followers growth, and content performance.
Prepare regular reports on social media performance and KOL campaign results for the Marketing team and Management.
