Location: Jakarta & Surabaya
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets by promoting and selling the company's products to prospective and existing customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and oversee inventory control, stock accuracy, and quality assurance across retail and warehouse operations.
- Represent and uphold the company's brand image through professional customer interactions and effective product promotion.
- Stay informed about product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Participate in company training programs, meetings, and promotional activities to continuously enhance product knowledge and sales performance.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates on sales performance and market feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Professional appearance with a positive attitude and exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Highly disciplined, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willing to be based in Jakarta or Surabaya.
