Atomatic is looking for a Marketing Project Assistant with roles and responsibilities not limited to the following:
- Represent the company in managing and delivering communicative and quality service to clients during the project term
- Improving and amending standard operating procedures to ease the support team’s workflow and improve customer experience - Understand the entire workflow for each project so that work can be completed within the specific timeframe
- Oversee & plan out the entire project timeline from start to finish
- Gather information from client so that the team is able to work with more resources and produce better quality work
- Manage the client’s google drive folder by following the file-tracking SOP
- Assign tasks to the team through Trello by setting project due dates according to the timeline.
- Constantly look into customer retention especially when it is near the end of the project
- Suggest new implementation that will improve customer experiences and support team workflow .
- Develop a series of workflow steps or checklists for the team to execute on to ensure that nothing gets overlooked and enable the team to keep up to date with the progress
- Check through all project work before submitting to client or launching the project
- The main person in charge of the entire project, and the bridge between the client and the marketing team
- Understand all of the company’s products and offers - Revert emails within 24 working hours
- Resolve and reduce client’s issues
- Ensure the delivery of company products to clients
- Maintain the workflow and operations of the creative and tech team - Everyone in the team understands their respective roles, deliverables, and expectations
- Everyone in the team fully utilized Trello on their day to day tasks
- Ensure project critical numbers are updated - Achieve the goals of each project launch
- Diploma graduate or equivalent
- Good knowledge with Gmail, Google Documents, Google Drive - Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude l
- Strong time management skills
- Highly organized and keen on details
- Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously
- Excellent written and communication skills in English
- Familiarity with customer experience and service procedures
- Proficient with Trello and Asana and other project management tools
