Marketing Professional

We are looking for a Marketing Professional with 2–5 years of professional experience who is:

• Confident working directly with clients
• Comfortable in fast-paced and high-pressure environments
• Able to deliver measurable sales and marketing results
• Experienced in field marketing and sales, particularly in textile or hospitality
• Comfortable travelling for work
• A strong communicator with initiative, resilience, and a willingness to continuously learn

Key Responsibilities

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in marketing, sales, business development, or a related field.
• Proven on-field and client-facing experience.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving measurable sales or business development results.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking directly with clients and handling negotiations or difficult conversations.
• Strong ability to perform effectively in a high-stress, high-pressure environment.
• Willingness and ability to travel for work.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Bahasa Sunda is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and willing to learn new things.
• Comfortable managing a high volume of sales activities and client interactions.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in high-volume sales are strongly preferred, particularly in:

• Textile
• Hospitality
• B2B sales
• B2B service industries involving significant client interaction

Experience in these sectors is advantageous because the role requires the ability to:
