Deskripsi pekerjaan Marketing Performance Manager Migunani&Co

ROLE DESCRIPTION

Design and execute digital & offline marketing strategy to drive brand growth and lead generation
Lead activation programs, brand campaigns, and strategic partnerships across B2C, B2B & B2G
Own performance marketing budget, targets, and ROI/CAC reporting
Lead and develop a cross-functional digital, content, and activation team

QUALIFICATIONS

Min. 6-8 years in marketing, with 3-4 years in a managerial role
Proven experience in both digital/performance marketing and branding/partnership
Strong leadership managing cross-functional teams
Data-literate, comfortable with marketing analytics & dashboards
Strong communication & negotiation skills for partnership building
Excellent English, verbal & written
