Marketing Partnership & Guest Relations Coordinator
Aesthetics Dental Care is looking for a proactive and people-oriented team member to support our marketing partnerships, customer inquiries, KOL coordination, community outreach, events, and social media communication.
This role is suitable for someone who is communicative, confident, organized, and enjoys meeting people, following up opportunities, and representing a premium dental clinic professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Inquiry & Lead Handling
* Respond to inquiries from ADC’s social media channels, including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, based on provided guidelines and templates.
* Answer basic questions about services, location, operating hours, promotions, and appointment booking.
* Record incoming leads clearly and coordinate with the relevant team for follow-up.
* Help monitor social media inquiries outside office hours based on an agreed schedule.
* Maintain ADC’s communication tone: warm, premium, polite, and professional.
Guest, KOL & Partner Handling
* Act as a friendly first point of contact for guests, partners, communities, and KOLs visiting the clinic.
* Welcome and assist KOLs / influencers during clinic visits to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience.
* Coordinate with the internal team before, during, and after KOL or partner visits.
* Assist in handling initial customer concerns calmly and professionally.
* Escalate clinical questions, complaints, or sensitive issues to the appropriate team.
Partnership & Community Outreach
* Support ADC’s partnership pipeline with schools, communities, tenants, brands, and potential partners.
* Research and contact relevant local media, communities, brands, and KOLs for collaboration opportunities.
* Follow up on partnership opportunities and keep progress well documented.
* Assist in coordinating partnership campaigns, brand collaborations, and community activations.
Offline Marketing & Event Support
* Explore offline marketing opportunities such as coffee shops, padel courts, schools, community spaces, and event venues.
* Support preparation of marketing materials such as flyers, welcome packs, greeting cards, hampers, signage, and other simple marketing needs.
* Assist in preparing and executing events, brand collaborations, and marketing activations.
* Help prepare monthly birthday lists and other recurring marketing needs.
* Keep partnership, lead, and marketing files organized and updated.
Requirements
* Interested in marketing, partnership, community, beauty, wellness, and dental aesthetics.
* Communicative, confident, polite, and comfortable meeting new people.
* Organized, detail-oriented, and able to document progress clearly.
* Proactive in follow-up and comfortable coordinating with different parties.
* Able to use Google Sheets / Excel, Google Drive, Canva, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
* Good sense of branding and premium customer communication is a plus.
* Willing to help monitor social media inquiries outside office hours based on an agreed schedule.
* Preferably based around BSD / South Tangerang area.
