What Youโll Be Doing (Your Quests) ๐
Gaming Content Creation
- Membuat konten feed, clipping, dan konten informatif seputar dunia gaming.
- Melakukan riset tren, update game, event, fitur, skin, dan topik yang sedang ramai dibahas komunitas.
- Mengembangkan ide konten yang relevan dan menarik untuk berbagai platform digital.
Account Review Content
- Menulis script review akun game, koleksi skin, rank, item, dan aset digital lainnya.
- Menyusun alur storytelling yang mampu meningkatkan engagement dan minat audiens.
- Berkolaborasi dengan editor dan talent untuk kebutuhan produksi konten.
Long-Form Video Script
- Membuat script video panjang untuk platform seperti YouTube.
- Menyusun struktur video mulai dari opening, pembahasan utama, hingga call-to-action.
- Melakukan riset untuk memastikan konten informatif, menarik, dan sesuai dengan target audience.
Short-Form Video Script
- Membuat script video pendek untuk TikTok, Reels, dan Shorts.
- Mengembangkan hook yang kuat untuk meningkatkan watch time dan engagement.
- Menghasilkan ide konten yang mengikuti tren dan mudah dieksekusi oleh tim produksi.
What Weโre Looking For (Your Loadout) ๐
โ 1-2+ years of marketing experience (gaming, e-commerce is a plus - none? It's okay).

You live and breathe gaming culture - from PC & console to mobile gaming and
esports.
โ You understand how to talk to gamers, not at them (memes & humor = bonus points).
โ Experience in influencer marketing, social media, and CRM.
โ You know your way around TikTok, Discord, Instagram, YouTube & Twitter (X).
โ Data-driven mindset - you use numbers to make decisions, not vibes.
โ Ability to multitask like a speedrunner and meet deadlines like a pro.
