We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Intern to join our Brand & Social Media team, to help drive smooth day-to-day marketing execution across social media, creator collaborations, PR groundwork, and special projects. In this role, you’ll become an important operational backbone behind campaigns, community engagement, and initiatives that strengthen our brand presence and audience connection.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support smooth social media operations and community engagement by managing audience interactions, assisting with trend monitoring, escalating issues when needed, and helping maintain a positive brand presence across owned channels.
- Drive operational excellence across marketing initiatives by maintaining organized databases, trackers, documentation, and coordination processes related to PR, creator collaborations, campaigns, and other team projects.
- Enable efficient execution of research and growth initiatives by supporting audience research, project coordination, creator outreach, and ad hoc initiatives within the Brand & Social Media team.

Who We Are Looking For
- Undergraduate student or fresh graduate from Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, Media, or related fields.
- Available for a full-time internship commitment for the required internship duration.
- Demonstrates strong ownership and reliability, with the ability to consistently follow through on responsibilities and deadlines.
- Has good attention to detail and can manage repetitive operational work with accuracy.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Familiar with social media platforms such as X, TikTok, Threads, Instagram, and understands internet culture or online audience behavior.
- Possesses good organizational skills and is comfortable managing trackers, documents, databases, and multiple ongoing tasks.
- Able to communicate clearly and professionally in written form with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrates curiosity, willingness to learn, and proactive problem-solving mindset.
