About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Operations Executive to support our day-to-day marketing operations. This role will be responsible for handling customer inquiries through social media, maintaining website content, and ensuring marketing-related information in our ERP system is accurate and up to date. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with digital platforms and data.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries through social media and other digital channels.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and coordinate with the relevant internal teams when needed.
- Update and maintain product and marketing information on the company website.
- Update and maintain relevant data in the ERP system.
- Ensure product information, pricing, images, and other marketing-related data are accurate and up to date.
- Maintain and organize marketing-related records and databases.
- Assist with basic marketing activities and content updates.
- Prepare simple reports and data summaries when required.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure marketing information is properly updated across different platforms.
- Perform other administrative and operational tasks related to marketing.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable using social media platforms and digital tools.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Detail-oriented and organized, especially when handling data and updating information.
- Able to communicate in English, both written and spoken.
- Able to work independently and follow up on tasks proactively.
- Experience with website content management, CRM, ERP, or other digital systems is a plus.
