JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement marketing activities to increase product awareness, generate sales opportunities, and achieve sales targets.
- Identify, approach, and develop potential customers, including contractors, interior designers, architects, distributors, and corporate clients.
- Actively generate leads, follow up on prospects, present product offerings, and support the conversion of prospects into customers.
- Prepare quotations, coordinate customer requirements, and follow up on sales opportunities in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Monitor sales performance, maintain a pipeline of potential customers, and implement follow-up strategies to improve conversion rates.
- Develop and execute promotional activities, marketing campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat purchases and long-term business partnerships.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, potential market segments, and new business opportunities.
- Analyze competitor products, pricing, marketing strategies, and market positioning.
- Research product trends, specifications, applications, and customer preferences in the wood products, building materials, and interior industries.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to evaluate product suitability, quality, pricing, and market potential.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Purchasing, Operations, and other relevant teams to ensure effective execution of customer requirements and marketing initiatives.
- Perform other relevant duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in marketing, sales, business development, or market research is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to identify business opportunities, develop customer relationships, and follow up on sales leads.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Proactive, target-oriented, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Willingness to conduct customer visits and business development activities when required.
- Experience in wood products, building materials, furniture, or interior design industries is an advantage.
