Eat Pizza Indonesia, Korea's #1 viral pizza chain, is seeking a talented Marketing Assistant to join our fast-paced and innovative team. As our Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in shaping the online presence and digital engagement of our beloved brand. This is a full-time position based in our North Jakarta office, offering you the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the heart of the city's vibrant food and beverage industry.
Requirements
1. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Marketing.
2. Experience in the F&B industry is preferred.
3. Experienced in handling marketing campaigns, promotions, and social media.
4. Familiar with GoFood, GrabFood, TikTokGo and ShopeeFood promotions.
5. Able to analyze sales performance and campaign effectiveness.
6. Creative, proactive, and up to date with marketing trends.
7. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
8. Familiar with basic design tools and content creation.
9. ENGLISH SPEAKING IS A MUST
10. Willing to work on-site and collaborate with the operations team.
Job Responsibilities
1. Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and outlet sales.
2. Manage and optimize promotions across GoFood, GrabFood, and ShopeeFood.
3. Monitor sales performance, promotional costs, and campaign results.
4. Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities.
5. Coordinate with the operations team to implement promotions across outlets.
6. Collaborate with influencers, KOLs, and content creators.
7. Prepare marketing reports and recommend improvements to increase sales and campaign effectiveness
