Job Description:
- Plan, execute, and monitor in-store product displays according to branding standards.
- Manage and control distribution of POSM to all partner merchants.
- Coordinate with sales teams to ensure marketing materials and promotional needs are met at store level.
- Conduct regular audits to monitor merchandising execution and propose improvements.
- Provide creative input to optimize visual merchandising and drive sell-out.
- Plan, organize, and execute promotional events, merchant gatherings, trade shows, exhibitions and other brand activations.
- Manage vendor coordination, budgeting, event schedules, and on-site execution.
- Collaborate with SPGs, MCs, event vendors and external partners.
- Prepare post-event evaluations and reporting.
- Support content creation for event documentation and merchandising activities.
- Assist with localized campaigns, influencer activations, and merchant loyalty programs.
- Handle administrative and reporting tasks related to offline marketing activities.
Requirements:
- Experience in Pet Care, FMCG, or Consumer Goods industry.
- Established vendor connections for events & POSM production.
- Basic reporting & outlet performance evaluation skills.
- Fast learner and open to learning new things.
- Able to multitask and adapt to changing conditions.
- High initiative and creativity.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
