Marketing Officer

Job responsibilities:

1. Marketing Campaigns & Promotions

a. Develop and execute marketing campaigns to attract new students and retain existing ones.

b. Coordinate local marketing initiatives, including events, partnerships, cooperation, and promotions.

c. Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing activities and suggest improvements.

2. Digital & Social Media Marketing

a. Manage and create content for branch social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).

b. Monitor engagement and implement strategies to increase followers and brand awareness.

c. Collaborate with the principal marketing team to localize digital campaigns.

3. Lead Generation & Customer Engagement

a. Implement strategies to generate leads through various channels, including digital ads, email marketing, and referral programs.

b. Work closely with the principal team to ensure marketing efforts convert into enrollments.

c. Assist in developing marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and banners.

4. Event Planning & Community Engagement

a. Organize and execute marketing events such as open houses, school fairs, and community outreach programs.

b. Develop partnerships with schools, local businesses, and influencers to increase brand exposure.

5. Market Research & Competitor Analysis

a. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.

b. Monitor competitors' marketing strategies and suggest improvements for local campaigns.

c. Understand the local market behaviour.

d. Proactive looking for marketing opportunities.

6. Customer Relationship Management

a. You will be responsible for providing sales consultations to first-time customers, effectively identifying their needs, introducing appropriate products, and selling programs to help meet their needs.

b. Build strong rapport and trust with customers, maintain good relationships, and get referrals

c. Invite and consult customers on their needs and interest and develop a suitable study plan during the consultation

d. Pitch the most suitable program, achieve sales target

e. Actively collaborate in marketing and sales activities outside of the center

f. Other admin and operational duties and responsibilities assigned by a company or when needed

Other Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Marketing, Business, or IT with a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale

• At least 2 years of experience in the marketing field and in related industry is preferable

• Fluent English in speaking and writing

• Living around Bandung

• To be placed in Kota Baru Parahyangan
