【Job Overview】
We are looking for a marketing manager with strategic vision and execution capabilities to be fully responsible for Perdays' brand building and growth strategy in the Indonesian market. From brand planning, marketing activities to user insights and channel cooperation, you will be an important bridge connecting Perdays and consumers.

【Job Responsibilities】
1. Brand Strategy and Content Planning
• Formulate the brand's annual marketing plan and strategic direction;
• Create a content system that matches the brand's tone to enhance brand recognition and user favorability.
2. Marketing and Event Execution
• Plan and promote online and offline integrated marketing activities (such as new product launches, brand collaborations, live streaming, etc.);
• Coordinate social media content, user interaction and community operations to improve conversion efficiency.
3. User insights and data analysis
• Analyze various types of data (activity effects, user feedback, channel ROI, etc.) and adjust optimization strategies;
• Deeply understand the needs of the target population and support product development and user growth strategies.
4. Channel and Cooperation Management
• Maintain cooperative relationships with KOLs, public relations, media, platforms, etc.;
• Coordinate brand communication and rhythm management of e-commerce platforms such as Shopee and TikTok.
5. Teamwork and Budget Control
• Assist in managing the task allocation and goal advancement of the marketing team;
• Formulate and implement marketing budgets to ensure reasonable and efficient resource allocation.

【What we hope you have】
• Female is prefered
• Bachelor degree or above, marketing, media, business management and other related majors are preferred;
• More than 3-5 years of market-related work experience, with a background in fast-moving consumer goods, maternal and child care or nutritional products industry as a bonus;
• Familiar with Indonesian market culture and social ecology (Instagram / TikTok / Shopee / others);
• Excellent content planning and copywriting skills, clear logic and strong action;
• Familiar with digital marketing tools (Canva, Capcut, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.);
• Good communication skills in Chinese, English and Bahasa.
