Deskripsi pekerjaan Marketing Manager PT. Jalinan Interaksi Nusantara
- Responsible for planning and executing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and improve user engagement.
- Oversees various marketing channels and activities, such as content marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), paid advertising, webinars, events, and public relations.
- Lead the team to collaborate in managing social media platforms.
- Able to create campaign that promote a product or service to the target market and generate leads and conversions.
- Able to analyze market trends, especially in social media.
- Review and analyze all key marketing metrics on a daily basis.
- Provide creative and valuable insights on market trends to grow business and acquire new customer through collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing campaigns.
- Women, with 2+ years of solid experiences in marketing
- Preferably a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, Public Relations, Media or other related majors
- Strong knowledge and experience in digital and traditional marketing
- Expertise in developing and executing marketing campaigns
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in managing social media platforms
- Ability to analyze market trends and gather customer insights
- Experience in planning and executing events and campaigns
- Have a work experience in managing KOL/Influencers/Buzzer and communities
